Well after yesterday of Samantha crying so hard at her naptime, I left my post by saying that I was going to give her back the pacifier one last time, and yes I did. She was instantly out like a light. So today I was thinking that I would let her cry a little bit before I gave her the pacifier back so that I wouldn't have to go in there 3-4 times. Well, after about 3 minutes I was heading back in there and as soon as I walked in, she calmed down and was going to sleep. So no pacifier at all. Progress!!! Hopefully, she will start just laying there and going to sleep on her own. That will make the babysitter super happy!!!
Natalie wanted me to leave her door open, but oh no! I am not giving in on that one. Mommy needs some Mommy time with some Mommy TV shows!!! Sorry kid, you will understand when you are sixteen and I want to leave your door open and you want it shut!! :) Reverse rolls!
But after a good lunch with Grandma at Interurban (yum) the girls went to their naps great! Thank goodness, I think that I might shut my eyes for a little bit one last time on the last day of summer!! Why not!!
