Preparing for Boomer Sooner

We are sure ready for football season! Sharon found this cure OU outfit at a garage sale this past weekend along with some other really great dresses! They are adorable and brand new!!! Natalie is so silly. We went outside to take a few pictures and she went straight to the flower bed and sat down and smiled. She totally is a ham! Of course, she really likes to show her teeth for her smile! Goof Ball! I just had to show off her new OU outfit! I am sure she will accumulate many more in the next few months.
Tonight was not to great! She was just cranky as soon as we got home. I want to be held, I want down, but I want to be held, but at the same time I want down. It was a never ending battle. We couldn't figure out what it was. I gave her a few before dinner snacks and she was eating like she's never seen food before, so I got dinner ready pretty quick, thinking that food would calm her. Well, apparently my enchiladas are not to great to her! No problem! She ate her corn and peaches. At least we have the veggies and fruit down! Still upset so we played outside for a while, which calmed her down and then went for a jog in the jeep stroller! Nothing beats fresh air!
As for me, the start of the first full week has been hard. We had open house on Monday night. Nothing like a never ending Monday! But I got some good feedback from parents that I can use for my National Board essays. My students seem great, much more quite than last year, but it is also the beginning. When will the honeymoon be over!
Also, good news! My sister's wedding invitation came in the mail today! YEA!!! That much closer to the wedding! I know she is excited! Love you Niki!!!!
